Soléa Tanning Studio is a tanning studio on the Isle of Man. We are responsible for the personal information you provide through this app.
Your name, date of birth, contact details, optional address and emergency contact, your safety questionnaire answers, consent records, payments, wallet transactions and tanning session history.
Your safety questionnaire answers are special category (health) data. We process them only with your explicit consent, solely to decide whether a sunbed session can be offered safely. Only authorised Soléa managers can view them. Reception staff and independent beauty technicians cannot.
To create and manage your account, verify your age, meet our safety and legal obligations, process payments and keep accurate session records. Marketing is only sent if you opt in, and is never based on your health information or how often you tan.
When you sign the safety declarations we store the date and time, the version of the wording, your typed signature, and technical information such as your IP address and device, as evidence of your consent.
We keep safety, consent and session records for as long as needed to meet our legal and insurance obligations, even if you close your account. Other information is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent, or request deletion (subject to records we must keep by law). Make a request from the Profile page in the app or speak to us in the studio.
Information is sent over encrypted connections, stored with strict access controls, and every important administrative action is recorded in an audit log. We do not store card numbers in this app.
